They did an amazing job repairing and repainting some bumper damage on my Rav. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.

Minimal communication was necessary and very quick turnaround. They have a drop box for your keys on Sundays and we were very surprised the vehicle was already available on Thursday because they had predicted 5-8 days. No nonsense with the insurance company either. Great job and highly recommend!

I highly recommend this body shop. My car recently got rear ended and needed repair. Mike was very nice and helpful throughout the process. He also kept me updated through the process. My car looks great now, and the small, local shop has a friendly staff that made everything easy. Great service!

While visiting my daughter in the Garner, NC area the under engine plastic shield came loose on my Volvo V 70. I am not familiar with the area, but located Larry Estes Body Shop on Benson Rd. One of the gentlemen there came out, checked my car and said, “We’ll have you back on the road shortly.” He was able to reconnect the shield using zip ties and a couple of screws in a very short time. While the repair was finished in a short time, it was not necessarily an easy fix. After the repair was complete I asked how much I owed. The gentleman replied that I owed him nothing. He was adamant about not letting me pay. I have to say that this was a great experience and I suggest you give these folks an opportunity to take care of your body shop needs. They were extremely courteous and helpful.
